Prawn and lime mayo wrap

Ingredients

  1. Zest and juice of 1 small lime
  2. A small pot of fresh mayonnaise
  3. A pack of cooked, peeled king prawns
  4. 2 flour wraps
  5. A handful of salad leaves
  6. A drizzle of sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. 1. Stir the zest and juice of 1 small lime through a small pot of fresh mayonnaise. Fold through a pack of cooked, peeled king prawns, season, then spoon half the mixture along the middle of 2 flour wraps. Top with a handful of salad leaves and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Roll up, secure with a cocktail stick and wrap well in paper. Put the remaining filling in a container and chill for the following day.
