Ingredients
- Zest and juice of 1 small lime
- A small pot of fresh mayonnaise
- A pack of cooked, peeled king prawns
- 2 flour wraps
- A handful of salad leaves
- A drizzle of sweet chilli sauce
Method
- 1. Stir the zest and juice of 1 small lime through a small pot of fresh mayonnaise. Fold through a pack of cooked, peeled king prawns, season, then spoon half the mixture along the middle of 2 flour wraps. Top with a handful of salad leaves and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Roll up, secure with a cocktail stick and wrap well in paper. Put the remaining filling in a container and chill for the following day.
