Ingredients

  1. Loaf of sourdough or rye bread
  2. Crème fraîche
  3. Horseradish sauce
  4. Ribbons of smoked salmon
  5. Sprigs of dill

Method

  1. 1. Slice a loaf of sourdough or rye bread, toast lightly, then cut into bite-size pieces.
  2. 2. Mix crème fraîche and horseradish sauce together to taste. Dollop onto the toasts and top with a ribbon of smoked salmon and a small sprig of dill. Serve with lemon slices to squeeze over.
