Ingredients
- 150g good-quality white chocolate (we like Green & Black’s Organic White Chocolate)
- Punnet of strawberries
Method
- 1. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Break up the chocolate and put into a small, heatproof bowl. Place over a pan of just-simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water, until melted. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth.
- 2. Take a punnet of strawberries and dip them in the chocolate, 1 at a time, allowing the excess to drip back into the bowl. Transfer to the lined baking tray and set aside to set the chocolate.
