Looking for a foodie gift? How about cookery class vouchers for one of the UK’s top accredited cookery schools?

Find out about ICSA vouchers

The Independent Cookery Schools Association, otherwise known as ‘ICSA’, has accredited schools across the UK. These schools have been assessed and accredited to ensure superb premises and equipment, and excellence in cookery skills and training for every level of cook.

And to take the effort out of you having to choose a school, ICSA now offer gift vouchers – and they can be redeemed by the recipient at over 25 ICSA-accredited schools nationwide.

Special offer for delicious.

There’s an extra special offer for delicious. Magazine readers too.

If you buy £100 or more of vouchers during November 2017 (ends midnight 30 November), you’ll receive an extra 10% of vouchers. So, if you order £100 of vouchers, you’ll receive £110 in return.

And there’s more…

If you buy a gift box with your order, you’ll also receive a free copy of the ‘Greatest British GourmetXperiences Guide 2017’.  The lucky recipient can redeem their vouchers between 1 January 2018 and 30 April 2018.

About the courses

There are many different durations available: half day, full day, even a residential vocational course at one of the great teaching kitchens. Or, how about going the whole hog with a luxury weekend in a stately home (that’s Lucknam Park in the picture below)? Each accredited school can offer something for every skill level or taste.

So, whether the lucky recipient wants to learn nose to tail butchery, how to cook a Michelin show-stopper at home, or whether they’re a complete beginner – there’s sure to be a course to suit.

About the chefs

ICSA’s accredited chefs range from Michelin-recognised and TV celebrity chefs, through to industry leaders including Caroline Waldegrave OBE, founder of Leiths School of Food and Wine, Rosemary Shrager, and Jean Christophe Novelli whose Academy was voted as top 25th cookery school in the world.

Locations are unrivalled, including Billingsgate Fish Market, The School of Artisan Food at Welbeck Country Estate in Sherwood Forest, and Ashburton on the edge of Exmoor.
