Exeter Festival of Winter Ales
There’ll be over 76 real ales, plus ciders and perries at this boozy event, now in its 28th year. Tap your toes to music by Stompin’ Dave and the Belfast Busker, and enjoy some hot and cold snacks, too. £3 non-CAMRA members

Saturnalia Real Ale Ramble, Wales
Travel back to an antique era at this Bacchanalian event, with traditional recipes to try and ale aplenty. Work off the excess on the afternoon trek, taking in some old Roman routes, with free ale at each check point you reach. £11

Manchester Beer & Cider Festival
Grab your souvenir glass and try out more than 600 beers, ciders and perries from the UK and beyond. Industry experts and new brewers will be on hand for Q&As and tastings, with books and beer memorabilia to take home. From £7 including souvenir glass

Obsession Food and Drink Northcote

National Botanic Garden of Wales January Food Fair
