Fork to Fork Festival with Thomasina Miers and Laura Harper-Hinton

This week, podcast producer Gilly Smith talks to Thomasina Miers, founder of the Wahaca restaurants, and Laura Harper-Hinton, of the Caravan group of restaurants.

Thomasina and Laura are gearing up for their third Fork to Fork festival, on June 16 2018. They speak about how walking past an abandoned school spurred on the idea for this festival.
