Kim-Joy’s bubble-tea frog cake

“Calling all bubble tea fans! This easy-to-make and beautifully soft, moist cake is infused with black tea, which gives it its natural brown hue. Not only that, the buttercream is packed full of tea flavour, and of course this is bubble tea, so the cake is topped with sweet and chewy brown sugar boba (tapioca) pearls.
