  1. Once cool, open-freeze the finished tart for half an hour, then wrap in baking paper and cling film and freeze for up to 6 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight, then reheat in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes until piping hot throughout. Alternatively, chill in the same way up to 2 days beforehand and warm through before serving.
