Ingredients

Put skimmed milk into the glass jug of a cafètiere and microwave on high (900W) for 1 minute 20 seconds.
Pump the cafètiere plunger up and down to froth up the milk.
Spoon on top of hot espresso and dust with cocoa.

The perfect Italian cappuccino is made up of equal measures of espresso, milk and froth.
