Microwaved quick cappuccino
- October 2005
- Hot espresso coffees
- 150ml skimmed milk
- Put skimmed milk into the glass jug of a cafètiere and microwave on high (900W) for 1 minute 20 seconds.
- Pump the cafètiere plunger up and down to froth up the milk.
- Spoon on top of hot espresso and dust with cocoa.
The perfect Italian cappuccino is made up of equal measures of espresso, milk and froth.
