  1. Don’t waste it: Strain the frying oil and keep it in a separate bottle to use again for deep-frying. It’s perfectly fine to use 3 or 4 times.

  2. You’ll need to start the day before so you can make the sesame brittle and roast the peanuts when you marinade the chicken. The brittle and peanuts both keep in airtight containers for up to 1 month.
