Ingredients

1 tsp of sugar, golden if possible
1 tbsp of vodka
1 tbsp of Campari
Chilled champagne

Method

Pour 1 teaspoon of sugar into the bottom of a champagne flute and add 1 tablespoon of vodka and 1 tablespoon of Campari.
Top up with chilled champagne and serve.
