Limoncello spritz is a zippy, lemony livener from Salvi’s in Manchester. Mix limoncello, Prosecco and soda over ice for a seriously summery cocktail.

Ingredients

Ice
75ml limoncello
125ml prosecco,
Soda water, a dash
1 lemon, long strip of peel only (ideally sorrento lemon if you can get one)

Method

Fill a large glass to the top with ice. Add the limoncello and prosecco, then add a dash of soda water. Cut a long strip of peel from a lemon (ideally sorrento if you can get one), twist it over the drink to release its oils, then add as a garnish.
