  1. Got some leftover stem ginger? Use it up!

    Ginger fizz cocktail
    Pour 1 tbsp syrup from a jar of stem ginger into a champagne flute. Top up with sparkling wine and a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with a sliver of stem ginger.

    Finely chop 3-4 stem ginger balls, then stir them into a basic cookie dough before shaping.
