  1. I keep a pouch of Funkin Pro Passion Fruit Cocktail Purée in my freezer (from Amazon or Ocado) – it’s great.

  2. Make the cheesecake to the end of step 3 up to 2 days ahead. Cover, chill until ready to serve, then top with the drizzle. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge for 1-2 days.
