  1. If you don’t have a kettle barbecue, cook the pork in an oven preheated to 200°C/fan180°C/gas 6 for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Finish on the barbecue for 5 minutes, until cooked through.

    To cook indoors: Cook the pork fillets on a hot griddle or frying pan over a medium heat for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
