Moussaka with feta topping

This lamb moussaka recipe makes a total of eight servings (two meals for four) so you can eat one and freeze the other for up to 1 month. The feta creates a tongue-tinglingly tangy topping.

  1. To freeze and reheat: Cover and freeze 1 moussaka for up to 1 month. Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed, then bring up to room temperature. Cook at 200°C/fan180°C/gas 6 for 45 minutes or until piping hot throughout.
