  1. Get creative with the flavours:
    Mexican – Whisk in a scant ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    Mayan – Use orange flavoured chocolate
    Malted – Whisk in 2 tbsp Horlicks powder
    Vanilla – Add 1 tbsp light muscovado sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract
