Easy tuna pasta

This tuna pasta recipe is so easy. Made with spring onions, sweetcorn and mayonnaise, it serves four and is ready in just 30 minutes.

Before you start
The dark green tops of the spring onions can be added to the dish too for a stronger onion-y, almost garlicky flavour.
If you like your pasta al dente, a good rule of thumb is to cook it for 1-2 minutes less than it states on the packet.
Amp up the flavour by adding a good twist of freshly ground black pepper and/or a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Finely chopped chives will also enhance the garlicky flavour of the onions.
