As much as we enjoy whipping out a frying pan on Shrove Tuesday, to make a batch of got-to-be classic crepes, we’re firm believers that pancakes should be a year-round staple. Slicing into one on a Saturday morning, spread with a glorious dollop of peanut butter, is one of life’s simple pleasures.
