Black forest ice lollies

Makes 6

Hands-on time 5 minutes, plus overnight freezing

  • 3 x 150ml pots Skyr cherry
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Handful cherries, stoned and sliced
  • 3 tbsp cocoa nibs

You’ll also need

  • Ice lolly mould
  • 6 wooden sticks

  1. Mix the Skyr cherry, honey, half the cherries and 1 tbsp of the cocoa nibs in a bowl, spoon the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, filling them half way up. Give each mould a good tap on the worksurface before adding the remaining cherries and cocoa nibs. Fill the mould to the top with the rest of the yogurt mix. Give the mould a final tap and insert a wooden stick 2/3 into each lolly and freeze overnight.
  2. Remove the lollies from their moulds when you’re ready to eat them – running the mould briefly under warm water can help to release the ice lollies.
