- 15g butter
- 250g green cabbage, shredded
- Freshly grated nutmeg

Method
- Melt the butter in a large sauté pan. Add the cabbage and 1 tbsp water. Season, cover and cook over a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until just tender. Season with nutmeg and a little more salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
