Chestnut recipes

Chestnuts are in season from October to December. Forage for your own or use shop-bought chestnuts and use them in these recipes.

Try a creamy polenta with mushrooms and taleggio, our black garlic and clementine nut roast will be the star of any spread, and beef stew with orange and chestnuts is a wonderful winter warmer.
