Cream cheese and anchovy bites

Ingredients

  • 50g can anchovies in oil, roughly chopped, plus extra to garnish (optional)
  • 200g Philadelphia light cream cheese
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • 20 small crackers

Method

  1. Drain the anchovies and roughly chop. Put into a bowl and add the cream cheese. Season with black pepper and mix together.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice, to taste, then spread over the crackers. Garnish with an extra anchovy, if you like.
