This quick and easy edamame recipe can be enjoyed as a light and healthy snack or beside our chargrilled soy chilli chicken recipe.
- 0.9g (0.2g saturated)
- 6.4g (1.3g sugars)
- 454g bag frozen edamame beans
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
- Cook the edamame in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then drain. Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with sea salt. Eat the beans warm from the pods with your fingers. Or pop a pod into your mouth and slide along your teeth to eat the beans. Discard the pod.
