Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then drain and refresh under cold water.
In a wok or frying pan, heat half the groundnut oil over a high heat, then fry the steak until just done. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil and fry the shallot, ginger, garlic and chilli for 2-3 minutes. Add the broccoli, pepper and mangetout and cook for 1-2 minutes. Return the steaks to the pan with the sesame oil, honey, soy sauce and lime juice. Toss together, scatter with coriander, then serve.
