Recipes using yuzu juice

How to use up leftover yuzu juice

  • Lively marinade. Mix yuzu juice with grated fresh ginger, crushed garlic and soy sauce, then use to marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes before roasting in a hot oven until golden, crisp and tender.
  • Asian-style dressing. Mix yuzu juice with a little toasted sesame oil and miring (sweet rice wine used for cooking) and season, whisking well. Pour over crunchy Asian salads or use as a dip for sashimi or sushi.
  • Margarita with a twist. Use yuzu juice instead of lime juice when you mix a margarita. Serve over ice…and relax.
