Gochujang, a fermented red chilli paste, is a sweet-savoury spicy Korean condiment that adds a kick and serious depth of flavour to dishes.
Gochujang makes a wonderful glaze or marinade for meat skewers and chicken wings, and can also be added to classic recipes to take them to a new level.
