  • 6 rashers streaky bacon

Method

  1. Lay the rashers of bacon in your air fryer in a single layer. Close the lid/drawer and heat to 200°C. Check them after 7 minutes – depending on how quickly your air fryer heats up, they may need another 2-3 minutes.

  1. Our top tips for the perfect air fryer bacon:

    1. Go for streaky bacon over back bacon; the latter tends to dry out.

    2. Always add your bacon rashers to the air fryer in a single layer with a little space around each, so the hot air can reach each bit.
