Head of food Tom has been immersed in the world of chefs and restaurants for over a decade and relishes sharing culinary expertise from professional kitchens with ambitious home cooks. After completing a masters degree in journalism, he began his career writing for Great British Food and Speciality Food Magazine. He then joined food platform Great British Chefs, where he became editor and lead photographer, collaborating with chefs at the forefront of the UK food scene.
