Ingredients

  • 125g soft butter
  • 60g Kalamata olives, stoned,
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped,
  • the leaves from a few fresh thyme sprigs

Method

  1. Mix the soft butter in a food processor with the olives, garlic and thyme until almost smooth. Wrap in foil, shape into a log and chill until firm.
