Ingredients
- 125g soft butter
- 60g Kalamata olives, stoned,
- 1 garlic clove, chopped,
- the leaves from a few fresh thyme sprigs

Method
- Mix the soft butter in a food processor with the olives, garlic and thyme until almost smooth. Wrap in foil, shape into a log and chill until firm.
