Something to nibble on…

Sip on a glass of something bubbly while you munch through these crispy ascolana olives in a cheesy breadcrumb coating. Your special someone (and these olives) are worth the extra 20 minutes of effort.

To start…

Fire up your tastebuds with our cheesy scallop gratin which makes the perfect romantic starter and cooks in just 15 mins. A slug of white wine and lick of mustard and chives add interest to the cheesy sauce making it V day worthy.

The main event…

Opt for something different to the classic steak with our equally indulgent truffle and mushroom tagliatelle with burrata. There’s nothing like a grating of truffle to show you really mean business. And this recipe is bound to have your guest’s heart a-flutter. Serve on a platter topped with the burrata, olive oil and a sprinkling of parmesan – we think you’ll be soaking up a round of applause.

And for dessert…

Send your funny valentine all gooey inside with these molten-caramel lava puddings. They can be made ahead and will only take you 10 minutes to prepare. Their melted salted caramel Lindor centre is the perfect way to end a romantic meal.
