We love a good bread sauce recipe, and we’ve got everything you knead here – pun intended. Bread sauce works excellently with roast turkey at Christmas, or, try it with your regular roast chicken on a Sunday. As most recipes use old stale bread, it’s a pretty conscious ‘waste-less’ option for the table too.
