Andrew Wong is the chef-owner of A Wong, the only Chinese restaurant outside Asia to hold two Michelin stars. He studied social anthropology and worked at his family’s Pimlico restaurant before travelling China, learning local recipes and techniques, and reopened the family restaurant as A Wong in 2012 (a nod to his parents, Albert and Annie).
