After studying architecture, Scotland-born Anna decided she preferred designing desserts. She worked in top restaurants in London and New York and is the founder of north London’s Quince Bakery, which celebrates British baking traditions. Anna is also the author of cookbook The Last Bite, filled with seasonal bakes.
