Baker Kitty is the talent behind Orange Bakery in Watlington, Oxfordshire, which she opened at age 15 with her dad Al. Together they wrote cookbook Breadsong: How Baking Changed Our Lives. She runs skills project Breaducating Britain and produces bread-making mixes Kitty’s Kits, the profits from which fund classes and kits for schools, prisons and food banks.
