Easy, nourishing and delicious – that’s the cooking philosophy of chef-turned content creator Natalia Rudin. Born in London to an English mother and a Russian father, Natalia travelled for five years, working as a personal chef in the Bahamas, Canada and France. She moved back to the UK when her sideline as an Instagram food creator became her main gig, as her popularity soared. Her cookbook, Cooking Fast And Slow (Penguin Life £25), is out now.
