Omar Allibhoy

So obsessed is chef Omar with paella, he released a cookbook about it (called, aptly, Paella) in 2023. He worked with the legendary Ferran Adrià at El Bulli in Spain before moving to the UK to start his own restaurant empire, Tapas Revolution.
