Chef and culinary consultant, Romy Gill MBE is based in the south west of England and well respected for her expertise in Indian cuisine. The former owner and head chef of Romy’s Kitchen has also appeared on numerous TV programmes, such as BBC One’s Ready Steady Cook and ITV’s Saturday Morning. A prolific recipe writer, her most recent cookbook is Romy Gill’s India: Recipes From Home (Hardie Grant £28), published last year. Portrait by Matt Inwood.
