In April, legendary chef Raymond Blanc OBE will open the doors of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons so a select number of delicious. readers can experience the enchantment first hand. With velvety lawns, vibrant flower borders, an impressive veg garden that supplies the restaurant and an apple and pear orchard with some 800 trees, this manor house hotel has an Arcadian setting.
The two-Michelin-starred restaurant is renowned for offering one of Britain’s finest gastronomic experiences. People don’t come here simply to dine – they come to create lifelong memories.
You’ll be welcomed with tea or coffee, then Belmond Le Manoir’s head gardener, Anne Marie Owens, will take you on a tour of the grounds. Champagne and canapés await on the terrace, so you can raise a glass to your charismatic host Monsieur Blanc and ask him any questions you may have.
