Ingredients

500g cooking apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
300g blueberries
75g golden caster sugar

Method

Put all the ingredients into a large bowl with 4 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 4 minutes and stir. Return to the microwave and cook for 3 more minutes until the fruit is tender. Cool and chill, then eat with yogurt.
