A very close relative of the smoothie. This is a quick and a healthy milkshake recipe using fresh strawberries or raspberries – perfect for using up a glut of fruit.
- Gluten-free recipes
- 500g fresh strawberries or raspberries, or a mixture of both
- 3 ripe bananas
- 750ml milk
- 300ml bio-live yogurt
- Hull the strawberries and cut any big ones in half.
- Peel the bananas, break into pieces and put into a food processor, blender or jug.
- Add the milk, strawberries and yogurt. Whizz until smooth. Serve cold in glasses.
