Blueberry lemonade

Got a punnet of blueberries that need using up, and fast? Then get the kids to make this easy colour-changing lemonade recipe. The refreshing drink goes down well on hot days at garden parties and picnics.
- Serves 8
- Takes 5 minutes to make, plus 1 day chilling
Ingredients
- 1 litre lemonade
- 300g fresh or frozen (and thawed) blueberries
Method
- Find an empty 1 litre bottle with a screw-cap. Pour half the lemonade into that bottle. Push half of the blueberries into each bottle.
- Chill for at least 1 day, and watch as it changes colour!
