Home-made choc ices

There’s no need to cook with this delightful dessert. Kids and adults alike will love these home-made chocolate treats, made with only three ingredients.
- 200g dark chocolate
- Vanilla ice cream, scooped into into 6 balls
- 12 ice cream wafers
- Melt the chocolate in a wide bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
- Scoop some vanilla ice cream into 6 balls and firmly sandwich each ball between 2 ice cream wafers.
- Dip the ends of the wafers and ice cream in the melted chocolate, then freeze until you are ready to eat.
