What to do with leftover crème fraîche
- Simple garlic marinade
Marinate chicken pieces overnight in crème fraîche mixed with a little crushed garlic. Shake off any excess marinade before frying, roasting or grilling. - Tarragon salad dressing
Put 6 tbsp crème fraîche, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp dijon mustard in a small bowl. Season, whisk, then stir in 3 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon.
