Ingredients
- 50g can anchovies in oil, roughly chopped, plus extra to garnish (optional)
- 200g Philadelphia Light cream cheese
- Lemon juice, to taste
- 20 small crackers
Method
- 1. Drain the anchovies and roughly chop. Put into a bowl and add the cream cheese. Season with black pepper and mix together.
- 2. Stir in the lemon juice, to taste, then spread over the crackers. Garnish with an extra anchovy, if you like.
