This week, the podcast comes from BAFTA, the legendary home of British film and television where we celebrated our 15th birthday.
The evening started with delicious. editor, Karen Barnes, introducing the event as readers joined her to watch The Hundred-Foot Journey, starring Helen Mirren.
Karen and I discussed why delicious. magazine reader’s events are so special and I talked to the readers to find out what they love about them.
The film was followed by a four-course menu inspired by the French and Indian flavours in the film, with matching wines.
I caught up with BAFTA chef Anton Manganaro and he told me how he recreates food from films and the challenges he faces.
