Carolina Doriti

Chef and cookbook author

Born in Greece, Carolina moved to the UK in 1997 to study at university. Since 2005 she’s worked as a chef and restaurant consultant and has written about food for various journals and websites. She worked on Amazon Prime series My Greek Table and has appeared on international TV shows. She’s published two cookbooks, Salt of the Earth: Secrets and Stories from a Greek Kitchen, and The Greek Islands Cookbook.
