Empirical

Empirical’s canned cocktails are ideal for when you want something deliciously different and refreshing. CAN 02 (pictured below) is made with sour cherry, blackcurrant buds, young pine cones and walnut wood. CAN 01 has a gooseberry flavour balanced by a flowery milk oolong tea, and rounded out by toasted birch, pomelo zest and Douglas Fir.
