Avocado with poppy seed dressing

Serve this healthy snack recipe with our carrot and mango crush for a real vitamin boost.


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 crackers or crispy bread pieces

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp toasted poppy seeds.


  1. Whisk the dressing ingredients together and season to taste.
  2. Halve, stone and peel the avocado, then cut into wedges. Arrange on top of the crackers or crispy bread and drizzle over the dressing. Keep any leftover dressing in a jar in the fridge.
